I looked at the page source on Solverat's myspace, found his RSS div, (div class=solveratentry) and ripped all that code. That seemed to bypass the ".." problem, of which I lack the talent to properly diagnose. Now that I have it functional, the only thing left is to customize the paths and .swf to fit my needs.
